A Recipe For Vanilla Macadamia Nut Coffee

If you’re looking for a delicious and decadent coffee recipe, look no further! This vanilla macadamia nut coffee is sure to impress. It’s the perfect blend of sweet and salty, with a rich vanilla flavor that will tantalize your taste buds. Best of all, it’s easy to make! Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup of strong coffee
1/2 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of macadamia nuts, chopped

Make Coffee From Scratch

The first step to this fantastic brew is to grind your coffee beans. This is important because the fresher the beans, the better the flavor will be. You can buy pre-ground beans if you don’t have a coffee grinder, but they won’t be as good. Once your beans are ground, put them in a filter and brew according to your machine’s instructions.

Make The Macadamia Nut Milk

While your coffee is brewing, it’s time to make the macadamia nut milk. This is what gives this recipe its unique flavor. First, soak the nuts in water for about an hour. Then, drain and rinse them. Add the soaked nuts to a blender with fresh water and blend until smooth. You must keep in mind that the ratio of nuts to water is vital for this step. Too much water and your milk will be thin, too little, and it will be thick and pasty.

Add The vanilla extract.

Now that you have both your coffee and milk ready, it’s time to put them together. In a mug, add vanilla extract to taste. I like to use about a teaspoon per cup. Then add in equal parts coffee and macadamia nut milk. Stir well and enjoy! You can also top it with whipped cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon if you want something extra special. If you have vanilla bean paste on hand, feel free to use that instead of extract for an even more intense vanilla flavor. Just add it in along with the coffee and milk.

That’s it! You now have a delicious cup of vanilla macadamia nut coffee that you can enjoy any time of day. This recipe is also easily scalable, so feel free to make a big batch if you’re entertaining guests or want to have some on hand for the week ahead. Just remember to store any leftovers in the fridge. And if you find yourself with leftover macadamia nut milk, don’t worry – it can be used in other recipes like smoothies, oatmeal, or pancakes. Enjoy!
