Are you on a hunt to find a good Crossfit box? This could be a nice fitness tool if you are trying to increase your vertical jump. You can play with the height of your jumps by using a different side. Others have a trapezoidal shape that makes the base wider for more stability. The tapered top surface also means that you are less likely to hit the box accidentally on your way up. This will lead to less accidents and less injuries throughout your training sessions.
