Paper Honeycomb Filler For Honeycomb Paper Filling Machine

Paper honeycomb filler is the most important part of the honeycomb paper filling machine. Paper honeycomb filler can automatically insert and fill up sheets into a pre-set position without fail. The function of it is to take out the excess amount and deformed or dirty papers from each body and place the paper into its respective position in the spout during the filling process.

Paper honeycomb filler is equipped with multiple sets of blades, also known as filling knives. These are installed onto a circular plate inside the machine. The rotary table of the machine rotates (usually counterclockwise) at a certain speed. By this, sheets that are set into each spout will be pushed up towards the blade’s location, where it is then cut into, producing smaller-sized pieces to fit through each spout. By doing so, several small strips will come out, which can be easily inserted into each predetermined position during the filling process using fully automated mechanisms. Filling knives have to be replaced from time to time based on the frequency of usage and edges’ quality to ensure high-quality production output.

One may think that after a paper honeycomb filler finishes its work and no more process is needed, it will stop working. This is not the case because there are still some tasks that most of them need to do. An Emergency Stop Button needs to be pressed before the machine stops entirely for it to begin moving again by its emergency motor (there may also be an emergency hand wheel).

And finally, this part of the machine has to make space for another sheet by ejecting excess amounts of paper left on each spout; depending on the model and manufacturer of the honeycomb paper filling machine, one may adjust and control how much and where each strip should go. This process can only happen when all cartridges or pockets have been emptied.

As stated earlier, paper honeycomb filler is the most important part of a machine that produces honeycomb paper filling. Therefore, it can be said that it is its brain as this particular unit decides what needs to be done and how it should do so.

The aforementioned tasks are usually carried out by an unmanned automated system with several small motors working together at once with perfect timing to cut, eject, and push out strips of paper into the correct position during the production process.
