Quick Food To Cook – Satisfy Your Hunger Quickly

Sometimes, you are starving but not in a mood to spend hours preparing a meal. It’s the time when you start searching for quick food to cook. If you are still wondering about it, you must check the recipe for delicious meals that you can prepare in less than 15 minutes.

Pasta Salad

Do you want to eat something healthy? Try making a pasta salad for your lunch. The main ingredients are pasta, vegetables/fruits, olive oil, lemon, and black pepper. You will chop all the vegetables available in your fridge while the pasta is boiling on the stove. Now take a bowl and start mixing boiled pasta with chopped ingredients. Add two teaspoons of olive oil, a pinch of black pepper, and salt. Take a fork and start enjoying your yummy salad that is enriched with nutrients and energy.

Garlic Rice

You might have a left-over curry or sauce from last day’s dinner. So, it’s time to cook garlic rice that will make a nice combo with leftovers. Soak rice in the water for 10 minutes. And then cook it by mixing with freshly chopped garlic. Although you can use garlic powder, the taste and aroma of fresh garlic have no comparison with that of powder garlic. If you have spring onion, then you can also toss your rice with it at the end. In only 15-20 minutes, you will have mouth-watering garlic rice ready to taste with a dip-sauce, curry, or ketchup.

Refreshing Berry Yogurt

If you have frozen berry in your refrigerator, then it’s time to make a sweet treat for yourself with it. You only need to blend frozen berry, yogurt and agave syrup in a food processor for almost 30 seconds, or until you see a creamy texture. Now pour this sweet dish in your bowl and enjoy it with a spoon.

Chicken Steak

People who are on a diet always search for quick food to cook as after exercise they can’t spend more time in cooking. It’s good for them to give a try to chicken steak. You need to cut chicken breast pieces in the form of steaks and then hammer them for three minutes. After that, sprinkle salt and black pepper on either side of the steak and then dip this steak in BBQ or chili sauce depending on your taste. Cook it on a steak pan alongside freshly cut broccoli and carrots. It’s a mouthwatering food that is not only quick to cook but also let you resume your energy after a challenging work out day.
