  • You order your meal at the bar by checking off what you want on menus hanging over the counter

  • Tasting Vessel is only open for lunch and dinner. It closes at 11 pm
  • The restaurant’s menu features a wide variety of items, particularly appetizers such as the Tuna Tartare with seaweed salad and housemade kimchi; salads including the Tender Greens with kale, sesame seeds, almonds, green beans, radish pickles & miso dressing; sandwiches like their popular Fondue Melt – Swiss cheese on sourdough bread topped with French onion soup and served warm
