• 6 tbsp olive oil
• 4 tbsp maple syrup
• 4 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 100g chopped dark chocolate
• Pinch of sea salt

Procedure

• Set the oven at 2500F
• Mix oats, pumpkin seeds, shredded coconuts, cocoa powder, puffed rice, and sugar in a large bowl.
• Mix maple syrup, vanilla, and olive oil in a small bowl.
• Add the content of the small bowl into the larger one and mix.
• Spread the resultant mixture evenly on a baking tray.
• Bake for about 20 minutes.
• Shake and bake for an extra 15 minutes before adding dark chocolate and sea salt.
• Bake for5 more minutes before allowing the mixture to cool
