A sheet of labels can look correctly designed on screen and still print out of position.
Text may sit too close to the top edge, borders may drift down the page, or the lowest row may be partly clipped.
The cause is usually a mismatch between the artwork and the physical sheet rather than a printer fault.
Start by measuring the label itself, including its width, height, diameter or oval dimensions.
Record the number of labels across and down the A4 sheet, then note the spaces between labels and the margins around the outside. Those measurements determine which layout will work.
