These may be reduced by regular exercise at a level that suits their current physical fitness. This may be followed by shivering. Expect these hot flashes to last from half a minute to ten minutes. Vaginal Dryness

Women will experience vaginal dryness which can make intercourse painful. Some might refrain from sex altogether. Others might like the liberation from pregnancy and become more active.
