There are simple exercises that you can perform inside the office. There are also exercises that you can perform at home without any equipment. If you have some time, you can join a gym. The key is to have an active lifestyle.

You should also check your diet. Your food is your medicine. It will either ruin you or heal you. A healthy diet has plenty of natural foods. You need a balanced diet. Proteins will help you to build muscles. Vitamins will rejuvenate your body. Carbohydrates will provide you with energy.
