The human body runs off the fuel it consumes. Anemia’s primary symptoms are fatigue, malaise, and general weakness. Being iron deficient is indicated by the lack of energy. To increase your energy, you may need to have your iron levels checked.

Not having enough iron in your body can lead to fatigue, loss of stamina, and irritability. Iron’s primary function is carries oxygen through the blood by forming hemoglobin—a red blood cell protein. When oxygen moves readily when needed throughout the body, you’ll be at your optimal performance.
